2. Service performs the functions to obtain information about users and their behavior in the following way:
a. By voluntarily entered in HTML web form informations.
b. By saving at end devices cookie files.
c. By saving technical logs of the web server, hosted by KOTLY.COM.

II. Information in web forms.
1. Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
2. Service can save the connection settings (timestamps, IP address, local settings)
3. Data in the web forms are not shared with third parties (unless consent of the user is provied).
4. Data given in the web forms may be a set of potential customers, which (dataset collection) is registered by the Service Operator in the register maintained by the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
